Payday loans website Speed-e-loans.com has announced a new sponsorship deal with two pro snooker legends – Ali Carter and Joe Perry.
Carter and Perry, ranked No.5 and No.12 in the current World Snooker rankings, begin promoting the fast finance brand on snooker’s biggest stage this month when they compete in the Betfred World Championships, broadcast on BBC and Eurosport from 17 April – 3 May.
Commenting on this new sponsorship, Ali, one of World Snooker’s first ‘Young Players of Distinction’ and winner of the 2009 Welsh Open said: “I am delighted to have Speed-e-loans.com onboard as a new sponsor for the world championship and it would be great to have an extended run at Sheffield just as I did in 2008 when I reached the final.”
Joe, the 2008 Championship League winner and runner-up at the European Open 2001 added: “Snooker is a fantastic vehicle for brands to take their name to a massive potential audience and it is always great to welcome a new name like Speed-e-loans.com in to the game.”
CEO Gary Miller-Cheevers from the site said: “We are proud to sponsor both these snooker legends and feel that the sport links nicely in to our target audience. I am confident that we can build strong links with snooker and look forward to a long association with both Joe and Ali”.
