Facebook Lead Ads

We are working with a number of clients who want to drive traffic and leads from Facebook in the Insurance and Finance space, and have been using Facebook Leads for the last 3 or 4 weeks. This is a fairly new facility that, as it says on the tin, allows you to drive leads directly from Facebook.

At the moment, as we are testing the facility, we are not using their CRM integration services. But how it works is that a Facebook user who uses their mobile can request a call back or quote. That information is then stored in Facebook and you can download a CSV file of the leads.

There is also a facility to feed leads directly into Mailchimp or Getresponse and a whole raft of other CRM systems to auto followup with or get them into your email newsletter list.

The beauty is while you can have 4 or 5 fields of data, from the user point of view all they need to answer the additional questions you ask, so it is quick and easy to do.

Early signs are this is going to work really well and the lead costs are a lot lower right now than driving leads from other online sources.

Please note:

  • We will not turn on the flood gates and say this will drive 50 leads a day.   Because we are really developing niches for clients, one or two leads will be the norm initially.
  • This works best with niche specific offers.
  • You will need a Facebook company page – if you don’t have one, we can build one (for £99 plus VAT).
  • You will also need a product or niche relevant page on your website we can drive people too as well.
  • You will need to contact these leads as soon as they are received to stand a good chance of conversion.
  • These will be your leads and not passed to anyone else. We feed them straight to you from your ads.
  • There is as minimum monthly spend of £300 for a test period.
